Genesis 1:26 We are made in the image of God. We have a spirit, a soul and a body. Our soul consists of the mind, will and emotions. Our soul is what holds the trauma we experience throughout our lives. Trauma can come in many forms: loss of a loved one, PTSD, night terrors, a car accident, bullying, physical or sexual abuse just to name a few, which if not healed, can be detrimental to your mental health and wellbeing. The soul is what carries our wounds, hurts, harmful words people have spoken over us and harmful actions people have taken against us. Anything that leaves us in a traumatized state can create a soul wound. Isaiah 61: 1 Jesus came to set the captives free. This means you can experience freedom from emotional trauma in every area of your life. For those interested in a session, please read ‘Two Hours to Freedom‘, a book by Charles H. Kraft. In his book he explains in more depth, the process of what happens to the soul when a wound is present. This will give you a better understanding of what to expect during a session. For all ages.
